Rule 28
Work, Duties and Powers of the Service Fee Determination Committee
The work, duties and rights of the Service Fee Determination Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) to determine the minimum service charge for each crop based on the average agricultural production to be grown after irrigation services are available,
(b) Government of Nepal ………………. To provide information and consultation requested from time to time,
(c) To consult the Government of Nepal while changing the rate of service charges.
